The owner, who is the lady who runs everything, is out sick--please send e-mails, not phone calls, with your requests--she needs rest time, and her voice is not cooperating for phone calls

If you contact us on evenings and weekends, we do not usually get back in touch with you until later the next business day. Please note that we really DO NOT check our voice mail messages evenings or weekends. However, if you send an e-mail, sometimes a surprise specialist is able to assist when the business office is closed.
