Rental Rates Do-It-Yourself Packages Start At Only $70 Includes client picking up at one of our locations, setting it up yourself, and returning it back to us--standard rental time will depend on graduation schedule-(however, it will be approximately 1-1 1/2 days) Personalized items are an additional fee. Full Service Packages Range From $100-$175 This rental rate will vary, depending on the distance traveled, and personalized items selected. Full Service includes our staff delivering, setting up, and returning back to pick up the display. Standard rental time is one day, and set-up time will be arranged depending on graduation ceremony time. WE ARE BOOKING UP! Please be patient as we process every request. We are working as hard as possible to fill every request, and are a little backed up, so we appreciate your patience as we work to fit everyone in! We are selling out on certain dates and themes, so please send us your request as soon as possible so we can help everyone. Fill out a Booking Request Form and include any special details in the Special Comments area. We will be able to give you a specific rental quote based on your needs. DELIVERY SCHEDULE PLEASE WATER YOUR GRASS!! IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SET UP OUR DISPLAYS WITH THE GROUND SO HARD. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A NICE DISPLAY IF WE ARRIVE AND YOUR GROUND IS ROCK HARD. May 29, May 30, May 31, June 1 Time Slots Still Open At All Locations Katy Location: Taylor High School Displays can be delivered on Thur 5/29 while grads are at school and graduation rehearsal/displays will be picked up Fri evening after you have left the house--if you need to keep it longer please let us know and we can create an extended stay. League City Location: Friendswood High School Displays can be delivered Saturday anytime during the day between 10am-5pm, and will be picked up Monday, June 2. Bellaire/Lamar High Schools: We will be delivering Saturday morning from 10am-1:00pm and can fit in a few more deliveries. We will pick up on Monday, June 2. June 2-3 The Woodlands and College Park HS Graduations-Openings Still Available June 4-7 Almost Sold Out League City--Clear Creek High School Displays are being delivered Wed. June 4 while grads at at graduation rehearsal, and picked up either Thur nigh after you leave for the ceremony, or early Friday morning. If you are in the South Shore Harbour area, we can possibly fit in another delivery while the grads are at rehearsal. Otherwise, we can make plans to deliver on Thursday. Clear Lake High School Displays can be delivered Friday morning or at another specified time. Clear Brook High School Displays can be delivered Saturday morning or lunch time, or another specified time. Saturday, June 7 morning deliveries have limited availability left, based on your delivery location. Spring--Almost Sold Out! All Klein ISD graduations are being held on the same day. We have already booked a number of displays for that day. We could squeeze in a few on Friday, June 6. Please use the Booking Request Form or call us to schedule your display.
